At NVENTIVITY, LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”), we take pride in delivering high-quality custom digital portraits. Because each order is personalized and created based on the customer’s photos and instructions, please read this policy carefully before purchasing.


1. Digital Custom Products (No Physical Shipping)

All products sold on our website are digital, made-to-order services. No physical item is shipped.
Because the work is custom and delivered digitally, orders are generally non-refundable once production begins.


2. When Refunds or Replacements May Apply

We will fix the issue or consider a refund only if:

  • The final file was not delivered (after reasonable attempts), or

  • The portrait was produced incorrectly due to our error (for example: wrong person included, wrong text, major deviation from your provided instructions), or

  • The delivered file is corrupted/unusable (cannot be opened or is not printable due to a technical error on our side)

Note: Differences caused by low-quality/blurry photos, poor lighting, or incomplete instructions are not considered defects — but we will still do our best to help with reasonable adjustments.


3. Reporting Issues

If there is a problem with your order:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide a brief explanation of the issue

  • Include screenshots or details (and the correct spelling of names/dates if applicable)

We will review your request and respond as quickly as possible.


4. Resolution Options

If your claim is approved, we may offer:

Correction / Replacement: We will revise and resend the corrected digital portrait at no extra cost.

Refund: If we cannot correct the issue or deliver the file, we may issue a refund to the original payment method.

Refund timing depends on your payment provider (typically 7–10 business days).


5. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled only before production begins.
Once we start working on your portrait, cancellation is no longer possible.
If you need to cancel, contact us immediately after placing your order.


6. Printing Disclaimer

Printing quality depends on the printer, paper/canvas, and print settings used. We are not responsible for third-party printing issues. If you need a different size or format, message us and we’ll help.
