FAQ (Nventivity)

1. What does Nventivity offer?
We create custom portraits by merging loved ones from separate photos into one seamless digital image. Delivery is digital download only (no physical shipping).

2. How do I place an order?

  • Choose your portrait option and complete checkout.

  • After purchase, upload your photos and add notes (who to include, background preference, any text like names/dates).

  • We create your portrait and send the final high-resolution file when it’s ready.

3. Do you ship physical items?
No. This is a digital product. You will receive a high-resolution file by email, ready to print anywhere.

4. How long does it take to receive my portrait?
Typical turnaround is 24–72 hours after we receive your photos and instructions (sometimes up to 4 business days during high volume).

5. What file format and quality will I receive?
You’ll receive a high-resolution 300-DPI JPEG (print-ready). If you need a specific size or format, tell us and we’ll export it for your preferred print size.

6. How many people can be included?
The standard option includes up to 3 people merged into one portrait. If you need more, you can purchase an “Add Extra Person” upgrade.

7. What kind of photos work best?
Clear, well-lit photos work best (faces visible, not blurry). If you’re unsure, send what you have — we’ll tell you what’s workable.

8. Can I request changes?
Yes. If something needs adjusting (positioning, contrast, small details), contact us and we’ll help with corrections.

9. Can I cancel or get a refund?
Because each portrait is custom-made, cancellations are only possible before work begins.
Custom digital orders are generally non-refundable once work has started or the file has been delivered, but if there’s a clear issue caused by us, we will fix it.
